Keto Trim Review Overview
Keto Trim claims to be a fat burner capable of puttig you into ketosis and keeping you there for longer. It promises increased energy and rapid fat loss stemming from this enhanced ketosis. There is absolutely no proof that Keto Trim can do any of this! Consuming ketones doesn’t put you into ketosis any more than blowing smoke out of an exhaust doesn’t make your car go forward! This is an obvious rip-off. Stick to fat burners with proven ingredients.
What Is Keto Trim?
Keto Trim is a specialist fat burner made by Justified Laboratories. This brand produces a staggeringly broad range of supplements, including fungal inhibitors, blood pressure supplements, and a lot of keto supplements. Keto Trim is probably their most popular keto supplement and is primarily a fat burner.
According to the Keto Trim Amazon page (we can’t find an official website), this supplement delivers:
- Advanced ketosis support
- Increased energy levels
- Improved mental focus
The Amazon page explicitly states that Keto Trim may help you “enter the metabolic state of ketosis easier and stay there”. This is a big red flag right off the bat, since there is no way to enter ketosis other than through prolonged starvation or by eating nothing but fat (protein also spikes insulin). No magic pill can put you into ketosis.
But that doesn’t mean Keto Trim can’t help you lose weight. Is Keto Trim a good fat burner? Is it safe? Can you lose weight fast on Keto Trim? Is it the best fat burner on the market? Read our full Keto Trim review below to find out!

As you can see, we have no idea how any of the ingredients in Keto Trim are dosed. Instead, the manufcaturer has listed every ingredient as part of a 800mg proprietary blend. In our opinion, this is ALWAYS a sign you’re being ripped off. Why would a manufacturer hide serving sizes unless they’re stuffing the formula with the cheapest ingredients?
We’ll now go through the Keto Trim ingredients one by one and explain what they are supposed to do, see if they work, and discuss the side effect risks.
goBHB – DOSE UNKNOWN
We have lumped all of the BHB together here as they are all contained in goBHB; a branded ketone supplement ingredient.
Many people claim that consuming ketones like BHB tricks your body into entering ketosis. The logic is that since the body produces ketones like BHB whjile you’re in ketosis, consuming ketones helps you enter ketosis faster. This is ridiculously stupid for a few reasons. Just as blowing smoke out of a chimney doesn’t start a fire, putting ketones into your blood stream doesn’t start ketosis! There is no evidence that consuming ketones like BHB actually helps you enter ketosis faster. You needd to be in starvation mode to enter ketosis! This is Keto Trim’s main ingredient, which doesn’t look great!
Apple Cider Vinegar – DOSE UNKNOWN
Apple cider vipnegar is often prescribed for weight loss. People claim that it suppresses appetite, increases metabolism, and accelerates lipolysis (burning of fat for fuel). Sadly, ther eis little evidence to support these claims. Apple cider vinegar does seem to make people feel fuller after meals, which will help with dieting. But this is true of all kinds of vinegar. We certainly don’t want to be paying good money for it in a fat burner like Keto Trim!
Green Tea Leaf – DOSE UNKNOWN
Lots of fat burners contain green tea extract as it is high in EGCG; a catechin known to promote fat metabolism and weight loss over time. But Keto Trim contains an undisclosed amount of green tea leaf, nmot extract. This means most of this ingredient is going to be leaf powder – useless fiber that doesn’t help us lose fat. The amount of EGCG in green tea leaf powder is actually quite low. And for all we know, this chesap and widely available ingredient could make up 99% of the Keto Trim formula!
Macadamia Nut Oil 70% on Tapioca – DOSE UNKNOWN
We have absoltuely no idea why Macadamia nut oil is in Keto Trim. We are not aware of this ingredient having any kind of positive effect on fat loss, weight management, appetite control, or athletic performance. It is just a nut oil, and like all nut oils it is highly rich in calories. We have no idea what the “on tapioca” part means either. This looks like a cheap filler ingredient to us; it could be 90% of Keto Trim’s formula and you’d never know it!
How much weight can you lose on Keto Trim?
According to Keto Trimm, users can lose one pound to ten pounds or more during the first week. But losing this much weight is practically impossible, at least when doing so naturally in a healthy, non-dangerous way. So this is obviously just marketing.
Realistically, we don’t think you will lose any extra weight at all while taking Keto Trim. That said, taking it wont prevent you from losing weight if your diet and exercise regime are both on point. Most people find that losing 1-2 pounds a week is sustinable for 6-12 weeks.
How long does it take to lose weight on Keto Trim?
According to Keto Trimi, users can expect to lose weight in the first week of taking the product. However, this can only be expected if you are following a strict ketogenic diet. Most people doing keto (properly) will see fast weight loss initially, so how much of this firts week weight loss is down to Keto Trim is open to question.
After reviewing the Keto Trim ingredients list, we don’t think taking Keto Trim helps you lose weight in any amount of time!
Keto Trim Side Effects
Is Keto Trim safe?
There is really no way to answer this question with certainty since we have no idea how any of the Keto Trim ingredients are dosed. Any one ingredient could make up almost all 800mg of the proprietary blend, with the others added in tiny amounts.
However, none of the ingredients in Keto Trim are known to cause serious side effects, even at higher doses. In fact, none of them are known to do anything unless they are taken in doses too large for Keto Trim’s 800mg proprietary blend.
That said, some users may experience side effects from the Beta-Hydroxybutyrate. This has been known to cause stomach upset in some people.
Some Keto Trim users complain of experiencing “low carb flu,” leg cramps, bad breath, and digestive issues. However, these are side effects of the keto diet, not of Keto Trim itself.
Keto Trim Review Conclusion: Does it really work?
Is Keto Trim really going to help you lose fat?
No, we don’t think so.
Keto Trim looks like a scam diet pill. There’s simply no other way to put it. Taking Beta-Hydroxybutyrate does not put you into ketosis, nor does it help you stay in ketosis for longer. Ketosis begins not when the body senses ketones, but when it enters starvation mode, and you leave ketosis when you eat any protein or carbohydrates. That’s it.
The other ingredients in Keto Trim are not going to help you lose weight – no chance. Worse still, these are cheap, widely available ingredients. Green tea leaf powder could make up 99% of the Keto Trim formula, and yet each bottle costs $46.00.
If you’re looking for a natural fat burner to help you lose weight faster, then don’t waste ytour money on cheap gimmicks like Keto Trim. A keto diet can help you lose fat faster, but consuming ketones does not put you into ketosis. For that reason, Keto Trim is a scam!
Better fat burners are available for a similar price to Keto Trim. They are full of proven ingredients and we know how each ingredient is dosed. Why waste your money on Keto Trim?
