Product Description
As you can probably guess from the name, PM Burner Recharge is a fat burner primarily deigned for use at night.
Unlike most fat burners, PM Burner Recharge is not meant for use immediately before a workout. Unlike many of our top rated fat burners, it is not designed for regular use throughout the day. It is not geared towards boosting athletic performance, keeping you energized, or suppressing hunger.
Rather, PM Burner Recharge is designed to help you get better sleep.
As it says on the bottle, PM Burner Recharge is a “fat burner” but also a “sleep aid”.
According tot he official merchant page for PM Burner Recharge, this product does the following:
- Encourages relaxation
- Supports Restful Sleep
- Helps you lose weight while you sleep
Sounds perplexing? Why would someone who wants to lose weight use a sleep aid?
Nobody gains muscle at the gym, as the bodybuilders among you know. When you close your eyes at night and go off to sleep, you begin to recover.
The majority of your muscle healing occurs when you are sleeping in REM (rapid eye movement) sleep. This is some serious slumber.
Human growth hormone levels are at their highest when you sleep.
Human growth hormone promotes muscle, skeletal, and organ growth, as well as cell regeneration and repair. It also hastens the metabolism of sugar and fat. When these two processes work together, HGH causes you to become very thin.
So, if you’re serious about changing your body composition, getting adequate sleep, particularly REM sleep, is critical.
The only question is, can PM Burner Recharge really help us here?
Is it true that it promotes relaxation, REM sleep, and fat loss while sleeping?
Is it secure?
Most importantly, is the price tag justified? Or are there alternative fat burners that provide superior outcomes and are more cost-effective?

1UP Nutrition PM Burner Recharge Formula
Let’s take a look at the PM Burner Recharge formula. Here is an image we took from the official website. This is what the ingredients label should look like on the bottle, should you buy any:
What isn’t shown here is the fact that 1UP Nutrition have used gelatin in their capsule. This means that PM Burner Recharge is not suitable for vegetarians or vegans. Sorry guys!
So, what’s the first thing that comes to mind when you come here?
What jumps right out at us is that 1UP Nutrition have not listed all of the PM Burner Recharge ingredients alongside their respective serving sizes.
Instead, we have a single unique mix that is homogenous.
Not good!
A SMALL PROPRIETARY MIXTURE!
Inherently, proprietary mixes are harmful.
They are inexpensive, low-quality, and poorly made formulas that give poor value for money.
When we hear “proprietary mix,” we immediately think “rip-off.”
We have no clue whether any of the components will really accomplish anything if we don’t know specific ingredient serving quantities (more on this below).
We can’t make an educated, reasonable purchasing choice, and we can’t learn anything from this supplement. Whether we don’t know how much 5HTP we’re taking, how can we determine if we’re responding well?
The PM Burner Recharge proprietary blend is incredibly small.
It has 10 components and is 482mg.
That works out to 48.2mg per component on average. If any component is dosed higher than this, a lower dose of another ingredient is required. That’s the reality of a little formula with limited room.

What about the actual ingredients?
We all know that proprietary mixes are terrible in general.
We all know that they always represent bad value for money and nearly always indicate a product of exceptionally low quality.
But What about the actual ingredients?
Is there anything in here that has a chance of delivering on the promise on the bottle?
Both yes and no.
PM Burner Recharge does contain some ingredients which, if dosed correctly, could improve sleep quality, aid relaxation, and by extension, improve fat loss while you sleep.
GABA is the worst culprit here.
The neurotransmitter GABA is a “downer.” Relaxation, sedation, and tranquillity are all documented benefits. It is also known to stimulate the production of growth hormone.
Oral GABA supplementation, on the other hand, may be unhelpful since it does not seem to pass the blood-brain barrier effectively.
Worse, levels below 3,000mg seem to have little effect on growth hormone production.
Obviously, with a total blend size of less than 500mg, PM Burner Recharge cannot provide this.
Green tea extract is also included in the combination, which has a high polyphenol content. Green tea extract, when appropriately dosed (above 300mg), may dramatically speed up the pace at which you lose body fat.
However, the essential term here is “if dosed properly.”
Green tea extract will have no effect if taken in doses less than 200mg.
We don’t know how much of this ingredient is in each serving, so we can’t say whether or not it will make a difference.
The same is true with several ingredients in PM Burner Recharge:
- Unless dosed over 500mg, which is more than the whole mix, L-Carnitine is completely useless.
- Long-term usage of phosphatidylserine is beneficial, while short-term use of less than 100mg is ineffective.
- Below 0.5mg, melatonin is useless, and over 5mg, it becomes harmful.
There are clearly some big difficulties here. We can’t tell whether these substances are effective until we know how much of each component is in each serving.
We also have a lot of nutrients in here that give very nothing in the way of increased sleep quality, fat burning, or anything else related to body composition.
We won’t spend too much time on this part.
It is sufficient to provide a quick review of these elements. There is nothing to explain, and no research to quote; this is the problem. The worst offenders are listed below:
- Mucuna Puriens – has no effect.
- Valerian Extract is ineffective.
- Tryptophan is a precursor of 5HTP, although it has no effect on its own.
Even if the proprietary mix isn’t a concern, this supplement isn’t really noteworthy.
The greatest components are all dosage sensitive, which means they’re ineffective if you don’t give them enough.
When taken in excess, some are downright harmful. This takes us neatly to the negative consequences.
-Standard Cardio vs. HIIT-
PM Burner Recharge Side Effects
We believe there are a few negative effect issues in the composition of this supplement that you should be aware of.
It includes 5HTP, which may cause serotonin synthesis and reception to be disrupted. While health food shops sell 5HTP, we don’t believe serotonin is something to mess with if you don’t have an issue with it.
PM Burner Recharge also contains melatonin.
The pineal gland produces the hormone melatonin. It regulates your sleeping patterns. Melatonin is found in modest levels in foods such as meat, eggs, and milk, which are all animal products.
Melatonin pills are often used as a quick remedy for issues including jet lag and sleeplessness. It works well in this situation (although it is not suitable for long-term use).
However, dose is connected to effectiveness and safety once again. Taking less than a particular quantity (0.5mg) seems to be ineffective, while taking more than 5mg is likely to induce sleep issues as well as other negative effects.
It is absolutely crucial that you talk to your doctor before you start using PM Burner Recharge. Fat burners like this contain unusual ingredients which you will not be used to consuming on a daily basis. 1UP Nutrition are a manufacturer and their priority is their balance sheet, not your long-term health. Get the opinion of a qualified medical professional before proceeding.
1UP Nutrition PM Burner Recharge Review Conclusion
After doing a full and frank 1UP Nutrition PM Burner Recharge review, we think it’s safe to say that this fat burner is pretty poor.
PM Burner Recharge is far from a premium quality fat loss bodybuilding supplement.
It’s made out of a tiny, overworked unique mix.
The most effective compounds are dose-sensitive. They have no effect at very low dosages. They may create major issues in big dosages.
Some of them just cannot be dosed as effectively as they should be. Others just do not provide anything. They have no fat-burning characteristics that have been scientifically proven.
PM Burner Recharge has a premium price tag but it does not have a premium formula.
Other stacks have optimal dosages of the greatest natural fat burners, cover a variety of fat-burning processes, function across many pathways, and provide exceptional results.
If you’re serious about getting the most out of your next cut, then you should opt for a professional-quality fat burner. We don’t think PM Burner Recharge qualifies as one.
