The 2009 NARSTO Executive Assembly was held at the American Geophysical Union Building, 2000 Florida Avenue N.W. April 15 and 16.
The meeting featured a review of NARSTO's assessment of the technical challenges of multipollutant air quality management and accountability, and a report on the recent workshop on emission information needs for the northeastern U.S. The second day of the workshop focused on a recently completed review of the NARSTO program. The review was conducted by a distinguished international panel of experts. The review assesses NARSTO's past and current accomplishments and its value to the three countries of North America. The panel makes a number of recommendations for improving NARSTO's performance and for stabilizing its financial support. The agenda and presentations from the meeting are posted below. The panel report and appendices can be found in the NARSTO Reports section of this website.
