The 2008 Executive Assembly was held April 8 and 9 at the Radisson Paraiso Hotel, Mexico City, Mexico. The assembly was followed the next day (April 10) by a symposium, organized by NARSTO, Mexico’s National Ecology Institute, and the Molina Center for Energy and the Environment, on multi-pollutant air quality management in Mexico.
This year's Executive Assembly featured a progress report on the current NARSTO assessment “Technical Challenges of Applying Accountability Based Air Quality Management within a Multi-Pollutant Framework”, and a technical program on how technology changes that may be adopted to reduce greenhouse gas emissions might affect air quality.
